1. What You Can Do

When you purchase a BabaDigit template or tool, you may: use it for your own personal or internal business work, edit and customize it to fit your needs, and use it across your own organization’s internal projects.

2. What You Cannot Do

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not: resell, redistribute or share the original files with people who have not purchased them, upload the files to a public template marketplace or free-download site, claim the original template design as your own for resale, or use BabaDigit branding within a competing product.

3. Ownership

BabaDigit retains ownership and intellectual property rights in the template design and structure. Your purchase grants a license to use the product, not a transfer of ownership.

4. Free Products

Free tools and downloads follow the same personal/internal-use license unless stated otherwise on the specific product.

5. Updates

Where practical, customers who purchase a product may receive access to minor updates to that same product version.
