1. Digital Products

Because BabaDigit products are downloadable digital files delivered instantly after purchase, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than automatically.

2. When a Refund May Apply

We will consider a refund or replacement if: the file you received is corrupted or does not open, the product is materially different from its description, or you were charged in error.

3. When a Refund Does Not Apply

We generally cannot offer a refund simply because a template did not suit your specific use case, once the files have been downloaded and used, or for change-of-mind purchases — the product descriptions are written to help you decide before buying.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within a reasonable time of purchase through the Contact page, including your order details and the reason for the request. We will respond and let you know the outcome.

5. Bundles and Promotions

Refunds for bundled products are assessed based on the bundle as a whole, not on individual items within it.
