This Privacy Policy explains what information BabaDigit collects when you visit babadigit.com, use our free calculators or buy one of our digital templates, how that information is used, and the choices you have. In this policy, “BabaDigit”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of babadigit.com.

1. Information we collect
Calculators. Our online calculators run entirely in your web browser. The numbers you type into a calculator are not sent to or stored on our servers.
Purchases. Templates are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and payment processor. When you click a “Buy Now” button you are taken to a Lemon Squeezy checkout page. Lemon Squeezy collects the details needed to complete your order — such as your name, email address, billing country and payment information — and processes them under its own privacy policy (lemonsqueezy.com/privacy). We do not receive or store your full card details. We receive order information from Lemon Squeezy, such as your name, email address, the product purchased and the order status, so that we can deliver the product and provide support.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Reviews and comments. If you submit a product review or comment, we collect the name, email address and text you enter, along with your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. Your name and review text may be displayed publicly; your email address is not.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and working properly.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the products you buy and provide customer support.
- To reply to questions and requests you send us.
- To operate, secure and improve the website, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
3. Cookies
babadigit.com uses a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work, for example cookies set by WordPress and WooCommerce to manage a shopping session or remember your details if you choose to when leaving a review. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking on this site. The Lemon Squeezy checkout may set its own cookies, which are described in Lemon Squeezy’s policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then not work correctly.
4. Third-party services
We rely on a few service providers to run the site: our web hosting provider, Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payments and order delivery, and Google Fonts for displaying typefaces (which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers). These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet tax and accounting requirements. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. Reviews and comments remain on the site until they are removed. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
6. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about how it is handled. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be kept for legal, tax or security reasons. For payment and order data held by Lemon Squeezy, you can also contact Lemon Squeezy directly.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy rather than on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
8. Children
BabaDigit’s products are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
10. Contact
